FIT BOX, FITNESS COURT, & HIIT WORKOUTS

With 15 station for any fitness level, we strive to provide a fun and complete body workout. Each station is set up with 3 levels of exercises, High, Medium, and Low which will accommodate any age and any fitness level. The Fitness Court will have you in and out within 30-40 minutes while gaining knowledge, building friendships, and having tons of fun. Check out our upcoming events on the side bar of this page to join the Stay Fit Stay You family. Contact us for group deals as well as team discounts. HIIT workouts are held indoors and Fitness Court Workouts are held on our outdoor courts. This ticket is good for any one of our scheduled sessions and must be presented before the session. Kids Fitness Court Training is only held on Sundays and schedules are posted in our events. Limited space available per session. Please reserve your spot by contacting us.

KIDS FITNESS COURT / Fit Box

Kids Fitness Court Training Package
This package is good for one month or 5 sessions during our scheduled sessions. Kid sessions (4 years old and up). Sessions will be Sunday mornings, schedules will be provided for you child after registration. Kids will learn proper techniques in speed, agility, and quickness. We will also have a brief discussion on good healthy habits and fun! Contact us today if you have any questions on any ticket.
