STAY YOU…. one of the things many of us may find hard to do is find that time in our schedule to focus on ourselves . On the STAY YOU side, we strive on giving you that motivation, positivity, tips, and focus to keep you going while not changing the strong person or family that you are.
QUALITY AND SAFETY
Our quality and safety is one of the most important aspects we take pride in. We take precautions against disease and unforeseen accidents in our lives every day, regardless of if they are happening or not. We maintain very clean work areas and wipe down after every session while keeping hand sanitizing areas very easy to access at anytime. Below is our continued approach now and in the future. We would like to set forth guidelines to be used as preventative measures against the contraction and spread of any virus. We ask for your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines as we have always encouraged and practiced:
- Proper hygiene is always important to us, but we are asking you to pay extra attention to this for your safety and health. Please wash and/or sanitize your hands frequently.
- Avoid touching your face.
- If you do not feel right, please stay home. This is for the safety of us and other individuals during group or one-on-one sessions, this has ALWAYS been a practice. While you may feel like you can push through your workout, this poses a potential risk to you and others. We are happy to provide you with options for at-home workouts, such as a virtual class or a workout that is custom made just for you.
- Provided that you are healthy and willing to follow the guidelines we have highlighted, we are pleased to continue to work with you and help you through all of your goals.
